If you purchased an eSIM but haven't installed or activated it yet, you can request an immediate cancellation and refund — no waiting period.
How to cancel
- Email support with your order number.
- Confirm in the email: "I have not installed or activated this eSIM."
- We void the eSIM on Telna's side (so the QR code becomes non-functional) and trigger a full refund on Stripe.
Total turnaround: usually under 2 hours during business hours.
I installed it but never used it
Installation alone doesn't make you ineligible — only data consumption does. If your phone shows 0 KB used on the line, you're still eligible. We can see this on our side; we'll check before approving.
After my trip
If your trip ended and you didn't end up using the eSIM (you used hotel WiFi the whole time), and you're still within 14 days of purchase with zero data consumed, we'll refund.
