We refund eligible eSIM purchases within 14 days of the original transaction.
Eligible
- Trip got cancelled and you never activated the eSIM.
- You bought the wrong country / region by mistake.
- The eSIM won't install due to a confirmed device or carrier-lock issue we can't fix.
Not eligible
- Data has been used on the eSIM (any amount).
- The 14-day window has passed.
- The eSIM is past its plan end date.
How to request
Email us with your order number. We confirm eligibility and process within 24 hours. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days (Stripe's timing, not ours).
What about top-up refunds?
Top-up purchases are non-refundable once the new plan window has started. Within the first 30 minutes of a top-up purchase, before any data is consumed, we can void it on request.
