From your dashboard
- Sign in at telekonek.com/dashboard.
- Find the eSIM you're using → tap Top up.
- Pick a top-up plan (data + days) → checkout.
- New plan activates within a minute. No QR rescan, no settings to change.
Guest checkout
If you bought as a guest, use the order hash link in your original purchase email. The link gives you direct access to top up on that eSIM without creating an account.
What if I'm in a country my plan doesn't cover?
You'll need to buy a separate plan for that destination — they're region-locked. Multi-country bundles (e.g. Europe, Asia) cover their listed countries without extra top-ups.
