We accept:
- Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB.
- Apple Pay — on iPhone, iPad, Mac.
- Google Pay — on Android and Chrome.
- Wallets we route via Stripe — Link, Cash App Pay, Klarna (where eligible).
Currency at checkout is USD, but your card's issuer converts at their standard rate.
Why was my card declined?
The three most common reasons:
- 3D Secure / Verified by Visa challenge wasn't completed in time. Try again.
- Address mismatch — Stripe's risk system flags some international cards. Check that the postal code matches your card statement.
- Travel block from your bank — some banks block "unusual" charges abroad. Call your bank, ask them to whitelist Telekonek, and retry.
If retries keep failing, email us at support@telekonek.com with the last 4 digits of your card and the time of the attempt and we'll dig into the Stripe log.
