Before you start: be on WiFi, and have the QR from your Telekonek order email open on a second device.
Pixel (stock Android)
- Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (or Download a SIM instead?).
- Choose Use QR code. Scan the QR from our email.
- Confirm "Download data plan". Wait ~30 seconds.
- Name the line for easy switching.
- Set the Telekonek line for Mobile data, keep your home line for Calls and SMS.
- Toggle Roaming ON for the Telekonek line: Settings → SIMs → Telekonek → Roaming.
Samsung Galaxy
Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. The rest is the same.
OnePlus / OPPO
Settings → Mobile network → SIM card & mobile data → Add eSIM.
Xiaomi
Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → Manage eSIMs → Add eSIM.
Common gotcha
Data Roaming OFF is the #1 cause of "my eSIM isn't working" tickets. Always check this is on for the Telekonek line.
