Will it work on my phone?

How to check if your device supports eSIM in 10 seconds.

Updated May 15, 2026

The fastest way to check: open Settings, search for EID. If you find an EID number, your phone has eSIM. If you don't, it doesn't.

Supported devices

  • iPhone: XS / XR / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 series, plus SE 2020 and SE 2022.
  • Google Pixel: 3 and newer. Pixel 7+ supports two eSIMs at once.
  • Samsung Galaxy: S20 and newer, Z Fold 2+, Z Flip 2+. (Some S20 phones sold in Hong Kong don't support eSIM — check your model number.)
  • iPad: cellular variants of iPad Pro 2018+, iPad Air 3+, iPad mini 5+, iPad 7+.
  • Other: OnePlus 11+, OPPO Find X3+, Xiaomi 13+. Apple Watch Series 3+ cellular. Surface Pro X / 9.

Carrier-locked phones

If your iPhone is carrier-locked (typical for US carrier-financed iPhones), eSIM installation will appear to succeed but the line won't activate. Contact your home carrier to request unlock — usually 2–3 business days.
